- Top with second tortilla. Place a lid on top of skillet for 1 minute to melt cheese (it will be easier to flip this way). Remove lid.
- After the bottom tortilla is crispy and brown, gently flip the quessadilla. Once both sides are crispy and brown, remove rom the skillet.
- Wait approximately three minutes and cut the quessadilla into 4 pieces.
