  9. Saute it well in a medium flame until the milk thickens.
  10. Add some salt and sugar to balance the salt.
  11. Add rest of the black pepper and remove it from the flame. Your white sauce is ready.
  12. Cut the edges of the bread and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
  13. Grease a microwave safe bowl.
  14. Add a some white sauce. Add a layer or breads.
  15. Then add the veggies mix. Add some grated cheese.
  16. Then add a layer of breads.
  17. Add some white sauce and cheese. Then repeat the process.
  18. The topmost layer will be of the white sauce and cheese.
  19. Bake it in convention mode in 180 degree centigrade for 20minutes.
  20. Serve hot.
