  2. Take 1 1/2 tsp oil
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp groundnuts
  4. Make ready 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

  6. Get 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp ginger paste
  8. Take 1 green chilli chopped (spicy)

  11. Prepare 1 tbsp sugar
  12. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 lemon
Instructions to make Tender potato chivda:
  1. Take potatoes, peel and grate with thick grater. Soak into water for 5 mins. Then strain. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil and roast groundnuts light pink, remove from pan and keep aside.
  3. Now add cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Saute and then add sesame seeds, ginger and chilli, mix well then add red sesame seeds and saute for a 5-7 sec.
  4. Add washed potato, add required salt, turmeric powder and half part of sugar. Mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 mins on low to medium heat.
  5. Now, open and mix once. Add remaining sugar and cook for a min.
  6. Now add roasted peanuts. Put a slice of lemon. While serving add lemon juice, Mix well and serve hot.
