- Get 3 small potatoes
- Take 1 1/2 tsp oil
- Prepare 3 tbsp groundnuts

Instructions to make Tender potato chivda:
- Take potatoes, peel and grate with thick grater. Soak into water for 5 mins. Then strain. Keep aside.
- Heat oil and roast groundnuts light pink, remove from pan and keep aside.
- Now add cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Saute and then add sesame seeds, ginger and chilli, mix well then add red sesame seeds and saute for a 5-7 sec.
- Add washed potato, add required salt, turmeric powder and half part of sugar. Mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 mins on low to medium heat.
- Now, open and mix once. Add remaining sugar and cook for a min.
- Now add roasted peanuts. Put a slice of lemon. While serving add lemon juice, Mix well and serve hot.
