- Fry basan in low Flame for 2 to 3 minutes take it out from Kadai to a small bowl, add salt and red chilli powder, gradually add little amount of water and make a slurry.
- Stuff pointed gourd with cottage cheese and cover the top part with salary
- Cover the lid, flip itother side after 5 minuts. Cook in a low flame
