The ingredients needed to make Baked Vegetables:
  1. Prepare all purpose flour
  2. Make ready milk (take more if required)
  3. Prepare cauliflower(cut in small size)

  1. Cut all the vegetables in small size.
  2. Boil veggies for two whistles in a pressure cooker.
  3. For white sauce- - Put three spoons salted butter - Add two tablespoons maida and roast on low flame
  4. Keep stirring to avoid making lumps - Switch off the flame & add cold milk 3/4 cup and stir nicely(important step).
  5. Now again put on the flame and mix nicely breaking lumps if any making into a smooth paste.Add salt and black pepper.
  6. At this stage can add more milk acc to consistency of white sauce needed.
  7. Once it starts boiling can add boiled vegetables without the stock. Vegetable stock can be used for soup etc.
  8. When all the vegetables get nicely coated in white sauce, can transfer it into a microwave safe bowl and garnish with some cheese (mozzarella or cheese slice)
  9. Keep in microwave for ten min till the cheese gives u brown coating and veggies get done.
  10. Can bake without cheese too - Serve with garlic bread or plain toast.
