- Prepare 100 grams roasted gram dal

Steps to make Roasted Poha Chivda:
- First sieve all the Poha and roast them on slow flame and sieve again. Heat oil in large size vessel & add saunf,cumin, mustard, sesame when starts cracking add asafoetida,curry leaves,green chilli and saute it.
- Now add one by one peanut, gram dal, cashews, almonds, raisins coconut and cook turns little dark& crisp now add roasted poha dhaniajeera powder salt & powder sugar and mix well and cook for a while. Cool & serve in airtight bottle.
- Serve yummy, tasty healthy Chivda in a plate.
