- Take a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well and knead a soft dough using little water.
- Divide the dough into 3-equal portions and shape a cylindrical roll.
- Steam the rollsin a steamer for 15-minutes till the knife comes out clean.
- Slice the muthia pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadai add musterdseeds and cumin seeds.
- Seeds crackle add hing and saute for few seconds.
- Add muthia pieces. mi well and cook for 2-minutes
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with green chutney.Enjoy
