- By pestel and mortar ,first crush chili and garlic ,i add in 6 chili you can reduce to 2 if you dont like spicy
- Add palm sugar ,fish sauce,lime juice ,grind to mix
- Add mix fruits and cooked prawns ,mix softly by spoon,serve as lite salad :)
