Wash and slice all veggies, Tomatoes and pepper, then put vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat, when hot add red onions and red pepper and stir, then add tomatoes and allow to fry properly then add snails, ginger n curry powders and stir, add salt and cubes allow for about 2mins and add the veggies and stir fry for about 3mins and turn off heat.
  5. Serve and enjoy meal.
