- Soak Soya chunks in hot water for half an hour
- In a mixture jar grind them to make smooth paste by adding little water
- Take out the mixture and make dough adding flour and salt
- Take small portion of it roll it on the rolling board and cut in strips
- Take chop stick roll on it one strip in spiral shape
- Make all the sticks in same way
- Keep enough water in deep pan to boil add sticks into it
- Let these boil for 10 minutes
- Take out and put them in cold water
- For gravy grind tomorrow ginger garlic and green chilli
- Chop onion and deep fry them than make paste of it
- In a pan add oil whole spices than pour tomato paste when it cooks add dry masalas mix well add little water
- Now add onion paste stir it when pan leaves oil add cream and Soya sticks stir well add water as thick or thin gravy you want let it simmer on low flame sprinkle kasoori methi
- Chaap is ready serve with salad you can shallow fry Soya sticks before adding to gravy
