- Dip the Basmati Rice- for half an hour.
- Take Cooker put Desi Ghee heat it add jeera,black pepper, tej patta and laung crackle it.
- Put chopped garlic add Onion saute for 2 minutes
- Add salt, garam masala,dhaniya powder, kashmiri red chilli and kitchen king masala kasoori methi. Mix well.
- Add chopped tomato and mutter saute for 2 minutes on low flame add sezwaan sauce mix add soya bean wadi and one tbspn.grated Beetroot add rice without water mix for 3 minutes
- Add 2 cup water and give 2 whistle. Open cooker after release the whistle air. Put Beetroot pieces again close the cooker for 2 minutes.
