  1. In a chopper add mince, onion, salt, black pepper, crushed red chilli, green chilli, ginger garlic chopped and gram flour, chopperized it to make all combined mince.
  2. Make small balls (koftay) of this mince (i made 8 koftay from this mince Mixture),now shallow fry these Koftas in medium high oil till dark brown. (Set aside)
  3. Soak rice for 20 to 30 Minutes before cooking. Now heat up oil add sliced onions, light brown it and add spices and chopped tomato cook till tomato gonna soft (add little water if needed).
  4. Once the tomatoes soften add fried Koftas and bhoonify it for 2 Minutes then add water (according to rice, my rice take 2 cups water in 1 cup rice).
  5. Add green chillies and dumm it till rice are cooked. Dish out Moti Pulao and decorate with chandi wark some of small Koftas.
  6. Yummyyy tasty Moti Pulao I'the ready to serve with Mutanjan and Drink.
