  1. Place Beans in a drainer. Rinse with cold water. Let it drain until ready to go into pan.
  2. Prepare Chouriço. Remove casings and then pull apart into pieces.
  3. In a large pan, sauté chopped onion with olive oil until slightly golden in color. Add the prepared chouriço. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally.
