  1. Wash rajma and soaked overnight.

  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add hing, cumin seeds when crackles, add onion. Saute for one minute.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, mix well. Saute for few seconds.Add tomatoes,mix well. Cover lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame. open the lid, let it cool down.
  5. Blend into a puree. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add kashmiri red chilli powder, keep the flame low, add the puree. Mix well, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt if needed. Mix well.
  6. Cover lid and cook for 5 minutes, add boiled rajma, water mix well.
  7. Cover and cook on high flame for 5 minutes. Open lid and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, mix well. Delicious Rajma is ready is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
