  12. Take 4 stalks scallion (green onions)

  14. Take 1 cup chicken broth
  15. Take Noodles
  16. Get 12 Oz. Noodles (spaghetti I use)
  17. Take 1 Tbs. Schezwan pepper corns
  18. Take Garnish
  19. Make ready Scallion, sesame seeds, chopped peanuts

Try this super tasty bean noodle Szechuan dish loaded with crumbled tempeh. The bean noodles are soft and flavorful and the chili sauce and garlic sauce gives a nice kick that contrasts with the.   10. Add a couple Tbs. Oil to pan. Let it heat up. Add pork.
  11. You want the pork to have a slightly crisp outside. Best way is to let it sit a minute, stir, sit, stir, repeat until done.
  12. Remove pork to a plate with paper towels to drain.
  13. You should have about a couple Tbs. of oil left.
  14. Add hot sauce, peanut butter (or tahini), soy sauce, stir until well mixed.
  15. Add scallions, garlic and ginger to hot oil. Stir for a minute.
  16. Add chicken broth, stir.
  17. Bring sauce to a boil, dinner until think, 3 or 4 minutes.
  18. Turn off heat.
  19. Place noodles in a serving bowl.
  20. Add pork to noodles.
  21. Put sauce over noodles.
  22. Sprinkle with ground Schezwan pepper corns
  23. Garnish and serve.
