Then fry dry aloo sev, then Rice poha sprinkle all regular masala every time while frying poha, so it's colour, is evenly spread in poha, fry peanuts and sprinkle salt, mix very well. besan sev and murmura is optional.At last add curry leaves cashew nuts coconut chips.
