  5. To make SOUR CREAM, - 1. In a large bowl, whisk together cooking cream and curd until you get nice smooth texture. - - 2. Add lemon juice to the bowl, whisk again. - - 3. Add black pepper, salt, parsley and mix well. - - 4. Serve chilled.

Take old kadhai, take about 1/2 kg salt in it. Place metal ring in the center and put steel plate above it. Cover it and preheat on a high flame for about 15 minutes.
  9. To make PIZZA BASE(2/2), - 3. Divide the dough into 4 portions(120 gm each) and roll it to 2-3 mm thickness. Prick the pizza base so that it doesn’t inflate. - Tip: To obtain crispy crust, use semolina/all-purpose flour for dusting. - - 4. Once kadai is preheated enough, brush steel plate with some oil and bake pizza for about 12 minutes. Repeat the process for rest.
  10. To ASSEMBLE, - 1. Spread some pizza sauce on the base, add some mozzarella+cheddar cheese on it. - - 2.
