  1. Make ready 200 gram White medium pohe
  2. Prepare 50 ml Cooking oil
  3. Take 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  4. Get 15 Curry leaves
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  7. Prepare 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. Take 1 tsp Salt
  9. Get 1 cup Chopped dry coconut pieces
  10. Take 4 tsp Groundnut
  11. Prepare 2 tsp Roasted gram
Steps to make Pohe Chivda:
  1. Keep all ingredients ready. Heat the oil in a kadai. Crackle mustard, cumin seeds. Put groundnut, temeric and dry coconut pieces,turnoff heat.
  2. Add roasted gram and red chilli to oil and allow tadka to cool. Dry roast pohe in pan till it is crisp and allow to cool.
  3. Add tadka to pohe, salt and mix pohe gently. Now crispy pohe chivda is ready to serve
