  2. Now add green chilli and curry leaves to it. Stir it well. Immediately add groundnuts to it. Keep stirring and frying them till they turn brown. Now add salt to it. Mix it well.
  3. Now add the poha to it. Keep mixing it well. Since we have more oil, it will typically fry the rice flakes. Make sure the rice flakes turn white which is the indication that they are fried well.
  4. Keep mixing it well. Switch off the flame. Your Chivda is ready to eat. Serve it hot or at room temperature.
