Instructions to make Hara Bhara Kabab:
  1. Firstly,boil the palak for 2 minutes and squeeze off water. keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add green chilli and capsicum. saute well for few seconds.
  3. After that, add beans and peas. also saute for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Now turn off the flame and let it cool completely.
  5. Place palak and cooked green sabji (beans, peas, capsicum) in a blender and blend it till make a ruffly paste, not a smooth paste.
  6. Transfer this paste in a big mixing bowl and add mashed and grated potato, paneer, coriander leaves, corn flour, bread crumbs, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt and aamchur.
  7. Mix everything really well. - After that, make small balls and give a patties type of shape or any other shape.
  8. Take bread crumbs in a plate and spread it over all patties.
  9. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and deep fry patties till they become golden brown on both side.
  10. Transfer to a plate. - Garnish with cashew nuts or kishmish. - Serve with curd.
