  1. In big khadai heat oil and fry thinly sliced onion till they are brown and crispy.. Do not burn.. Keep aside
  2. Now in the same oil add peanuts, fried gram, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, hing, curry leaves and let it splutter.. Add slit green chillies and saute.. Now add sugar and mix..
  3. Add poha, fried onion and salt and mix well.. Fry for a few minutes on medium flame till the poha gets crisp..
  4. Serving suggestion.. Put the poha in a serving plate, top with finely chopped tomatoes, onion and some farsan.. It's tastes too yumm..
