- Now make dough, roll them and give shape of finger as shown in photo.
- Now take maida in a bowl and add arraroot, red chilli powder & salt. Add water and make ghol by adding water.
- Dip potatoes finger in maida ghol and then coat them with sev bhujia.
- Now keep sev bhujia coated fingers in fridge for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, heat oil in a pan and deep fry fingers on low flame. Crunchy Potato Fingers are ready to serve with Green Chutney.
