- Boil potatoes, peel and mash. Keep aside.
- Boil vegetables.keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoon butter in a pan, fry chopped onion till golden.
- Add boiled vegetables and powdered spices. Mix well. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add mashed potatoes to the vegetables, mash through a masher. Add tomatoes also.
- Mash till potatoes and vegetables are well corporated.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Apply some butter on tawa, slice pav and toast on tawa till golden.
- Pav bhaji is ready to serve. Serve hot.
