- Take 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
- Get 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Make ready 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- Take 1 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- Make ready Salt as per taste
- Make ready 1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice or Amchur Powder
- Prepare 1 Tsp Sugar
- Prepare 1 Tsp Oil
- Make ready 1 Tsp Cumin + Mustard for seasoning

- Prepare 1 Cube Processed Cheese
- Take 1/4 Tsp Dry Garlic Chutney
Instructions to make Vegetable Cheese Puff And Cheese Puff:
- Take Wheat flour in a container add butter,lemon juice, salt and mix properly. Add chilled water and knead a tight dough. Knead it for 10 to 15 minutes. Let it rest for 15 minutes
- For stuffing take oil in a pan add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Ginger - Garlic Paste, Chopped onion and cook till onions turn brown.
- Add Boiled Vegetables, Potatoes, All Masala's and mix well. Take it from flame and let it cool.
- Add grated cheese and mix properly.
- For puff take a small ball from the dough and roll very thin strip from it. Make a rectangle strip by removing extra from sides. Make 8 to 10 strips for 1 puff. Brush the strip with melted butter and water. Put stuffing on one side of the strip
- Softly roll the strip. Take second strip. Brush it with melted butter and roll it on the rolled strip..
- Repeat the process 8 to 10 times. Brush it with milk and rest it for 15 minutes.
- If you bake it in oven 1st bake on 200°c for 10 minutes. Flip the side again bake on 200°C for 10 minutes. Finally bake it on 160°C for 20 minutes.
- If making in Airfryer bake them on 160°C for 17 minutes.
- NOTE. FOR CHEESE PUFF add Cheese instead of vegetable stuffing and for cheese Garlic Puff place cheese and garlic chutney.
