The ingredients needed to make Suji Tacos:
- Take For Batter
- Get 1 Cup Suji/Semolina
- Take 1/2 Cup Curd/Yogurt
- Take to taste Salt
- Get as required Water

- Take 1 tbsp Oil
- Take 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Get 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- Prepare 1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- Make ready 1/2 cup Beans
- Prepare 3 Boiled and mashed Potatoes
- Get 1/4 cup Boiled Peas
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Sambar Masala
- Get 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Amchur Powder
- Take 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Take to taste Salt
- Make ready as needed coriander leaves
- Get For Assembling
- Take as per taste Tomato Ketchup
- Get 1 cup Crumbled Paneer
- Take 1 medium Onion Rings
Steps to make Suji Tacos:
- Mix together suji and curd with little water to make a medium-thick batter. Leave the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, let’s prepare the stuffing. Put oil in a pan and make it hot. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
- Add onion and saute for a few minutes. Then add ginger-garlic-green chili paste and saute for few seconds.
- Add beans and saute for few minutes or 2-3 minutes till it becomes a little soft. Add vegetables as per your taste.
- Now add all the spices (garam masala, sambhar masala, red chilli powder, amchur, salt). Cook for a minute.
- Lastly, add boiled peas, boiled and mashed potatoes, and mix it well until all the spices get well combined.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
- After 10 minutes uncover the batter and you will find the Suji mixture has become thick so add water to make a medium-thick batter. And then grind this mixture in the grinder.
- Add salt to the grinded suji batter and mix well.
- Grease the pan with oil and let the pan gets little hot.
- Spread 2-3 tbsp of Suji batter in a circular motion and let it cook from downwards on medium flame.
- Once cooked from downwards, flip it over and cook from another side too till brown spots appear.
- Once cooked take out from the pan and prepare all the tacos in the same way.
- For Assembly, Take one Suji taco, spread tomato sauce on one half of the pancake.
- Add crumbled paneer and potato mixture over it.
- Place some onion rings over it and Cover the stuffing with the other half and press gently to make Suji tacos.
- Now place them over the pan and cook for a minute from both sides till golden brown.
- Suji tacos are ready.
