Instructions to make Cheese Cracker Casserole:
  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Cube the chicken add to water, salt and garlic, bring to a boil. Add garbanzo beans. Adding liquids of beans to pot.
  3. Mash the drained can of garbanzo beans
  4. Put the pork in a bowl
  5. Add the mashed garbanzo beans and seasonings.
  6. Mix them together and form small balls.
  7. Heat oil and fry the meatballs
  8. When done add to bottom of an oven safe dish. I used a 9-13 pan
  9. Add half the crackers.
  10. Fish out the beans and chicken spreading over the top of meatballs

  14. Add the filé. Stir in to let thicken
  15. Pour over the top of casserole
  16. Slice the butter and put on top, bake for 30 minutes.
