  1. Chopped vegetable.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, and add cumin seed
  3. Now add chopped, onion.
  4. Saute, 2 min then add carrot and capsicum. Mix well. Cook it 1-2 min
  5. Now add chopped tomato.
  6. Cook it 2 min, then add paneer add potato
  7. Add all spices.
  8. Mix well and add green onion and coriander. Mix well and off the flame
  9. Now make slurry of refined flour, red chill powder, and salt. Slurry should be slightly thick.
  10. Take chapati, and cut into four part.
  11. Close the open part of chapati by slurry.
  12. Now make cone of chapati, with help of slurry.
  13. Now fill the fillings.
  14. Now dip these cone in slurry to pake upper portion.
  15. Heat oil and fry it.
  16. Like this make all cones.
