Instructions to make Chicken Manchurian (Wet):
  1. Marinate Chicken with all the ingredients mentioned and deep fry in hot Oil few at a time. Drain well. Keep aside.
  2. Now for the gravy, heat Oil and saute Onion and Capsicum chunks with Maggi Seasoning Cube. Add Chilli garlic sauce and saute well for about 5 minutes. Add Tomato paste and the fried chicken cubes.
  3. Stir in the Cornflour slurry and check for Salt. Adjust it accordingly. Add water as required for the gravy. Mix well and cook until 5-6 more minutes on a low heat. Garnish with chopped Spring Onions. Serve hot alongside any Indian Bread or Fried Rice.
