- Put vegetable oil in a pan, when hot slightly fry the snails and when you take them off, put in the sliced tomatoes,onions and pepper and stir fry them till the water is dry then add salt, cubes and then the snail, stir fry for a few more minutes and take off heat.
- In a pan or smaller pot, put vegetable oil, when hot reduce heat, add the remaining half of the veggies, add curry, salt and cubes then surgery for about a minute and turn off heat. When the rice is dry, scooped out in portions into a different small boil, add the veggie sauce that will size each portion and mix till all done and your are good to go.
