  4. Add veggies paste. Mix well. And cook it on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally till it thickens. If required add 1/4 cup water. Keep the gas simmer and let it cook. Green bhaji is ready.
  5. For frying the pav: Heat a nonstick pan. Add some butter. Once butter begins to melt. Cut pav from center and placevit on pan. Rotate it on butter. Let it toast. Then turn it and drizzle some butter and toast it. Make a hole in pav and pour some bhaji. Squeeze lemon juice and serve with onion.
