Instructions to make Creamy Rajma:
  1. Cook the rajma and masoor dal in pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add asafoetida and garlic paste, saute for 2 minutes, add onion paste and cook till the ghee is separated from the mixture.
  4. Add cream saute, add the cooked rajma and mix well.
  5. Cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice and chapati.
  7. Add all the spices and salt to taste, saute, add tomato puree and cook till the ghee is separated from the mixture.
