  1. Soak all lentils for 4-6hours.
  2. Wet grind the lentils with green chillies, ginger and garlic. Grind to a smooth paste. If required add a little water.
  3. Add spinach, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well. Add cumin seeds also.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai, when oil is at smoking point, lower the flame. Fry vadas at medium-high flame till golden.
  5. Take out and serve with chutney/sauce.
