Steps to make Chilli Paneer:
  1. For Preparing Paneer - In a bowl, take paneer cubes, add soya sauce and cornflour and mix well. - Refrigerate paneer for a minimum of 30-40minutes. - After 30-40minutes, In a pan add 1tablespoon oil and saute paneer. - Keep saute paneer aside.
  2. For Paneer Chilli gravy– - Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan, add capsicum and carrot and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add cabbage a little later and saute for 1 minute. - Add 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp red chili sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, pepper powder and 2 tsp salt.

Add 1¼ -2 cup water and boil over medium heat. - In a small bowl, take 2 teaspoons of cornflour and water and mix well. - Pour in the gravy into the cornflour slurry and mix well. - Continue to boil until the gravy is thick and shiny. - Add the prepared paneer cubes and cook for 3-4minutes. - Finally, serve the Paneer Chilli gravy with noodles or rice.
