- Cut tomato bhajia in half
- Slightly press it and take out tomato pieces
- Take out all the tomato like this..peel the outer covering of tomato with hand
- Mash tomato and take it in mixing bowl avoid juice of it
- Add chopped onion,potato,peanuts,coriander and all masala in it
- Mix black salt and lemon juice also
