- After 5-6 whistles it should be well done. Make sure the lentils and veggies are well cooked and mushable
- Allow it to cool down a little bit and transfer it to a food processor. Add a generous amount of clarified butter and puree it to a fine and smooth texture
- Season with salt again if needed. Divide it into the quantity your child would eat and store in containers that you can pull out each meal
