  5. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in the same pan. Put jeera, hing and kasuri methi in it. Simmer the flame.
  6. Put turmeric powder and coriander powder in the oil. Do not burn it.
  7. Put tomato paste in the pan. Cook it until the oil separates. Put salt, black pepper and garam masala powder in it.
  8. Put 2 tablespoon besan. Cook it well. Put water as per consistency.
  9. Cover the pan and cook it for 10 minutes and then put Kofta balls in it.
  10. Garnish it with coriander. Serve.
