  1. Take soaked and washed Moong beans and Chickpea in a grinding jar along with green chili,garlic cloves and salt and take a whirl around

  5. Heat oil in a pan and add saute Cumin seeds followed by onion, Spring onion and Green Chili.
  6. Add all the vegetables and saute it.
  7. Saute it unless it turns golden brown.Remove the veggies in a bowl.
  8. Now add homemade cream cheese into it.
  9. Mix it well and your stuffing is ready.
  10. Now heat a pan and add grease it then add batter with the help of spoon and spread it as shown in the image.
  11. Flap it and turn it golden brown from both the sides.
  12. Put the stuffing's above the chila as shown in the image.
  13. Wrap it and as shown in the image.
  14. Serve it with your favourite Sauce, Chutneys or Mayonnaise.

Serve it with rice and roti for healthy wholesome meal. Chilka moong dal is known as split green gram with skin in English. I pressure cooked the dal in the Instant Pot (I used IP instead of PC because our family does not like PC dal taste) and then did the tadka in separate pan and added it to the dal. Grind the moong dal in a food processor to make a fine paste. Heat a griddle or cast iron skillet on medium heat.
