- Prepare 2 beaten eggs
- Take 2 tsp lemon juice

- Get 1 tsp schezwan sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp ginger paste

- Get 3 medium size onion cubbed
- Prepare 1 medium size capsicum cubbed
- Make ready 1 tsp julienned ginger
- Take 5 slitted green chillies
- Make ready 2 tsp minced garlic
- Take 1 chopped tomato
- Take 1 tsp dark soya sauce
- Get 5 tsp tomato sauce
- Get 3 tsp schezwan sauce
- Make ready 1 tsp green chilli sauce
- Prepare 2 tsp red chilli sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp sugar
- Prepare to taste salt
- Take 1/2 cup water
- Get 2 tbsp cornflour slurry
Steps to make Schezwan Pepper soybean:
- First take the boiled soybean and squeeze all the water from the soybeans.
- In a large mixing bowl place the soybeans. Then add all the ingredients for marination one by one. Give it a good mix.
- Keep the marinated soybean in the refrigerator for 30 minutes at least. After 30 minutes remove it from refrigerator.
- Heat sufficient amount of white oil in a nonstick pan for deep frying the soybeans.Then fry the marinated soybeans in medium flame. Fry all the soybeans in 2 -3 batches.
- Now keep the extra oil aside. We wil proceed with 5-6 tablespoon of oil. In the same pan heat the oil and in this stage the flame should be high.
- Then add minced garlic and give it a stir. Then add cubbed onion and capsicum. Add the salt and sugar. Keep stirring these for 2 minutes. Add tomato, ginger and green chillies. Again stir the mixture. We have ti stir it continiously otherwise it will burn from bottom.
- After stirring for 3 minutes, add kashmiri red chilli powder and all the sauce one by one. Add 2 teaspoon of water. Mix all the ingredients together. Then add the fried soybeans. Mix soybeans with the sauce mixture.
- Add the rest of the water. Keep stirring it. Cover and cook it in medium flame for 3 minutes. Now add the water and cornflour mixture. Keep stirring it.
- After sometime the mixture will be thick. Then turn off the flame. Sprinkle some black pepper over it. Now it is ready ro serve.
