  3. Gravy - blanch the tomatoes and crush them with cashewnut. Heat oil and add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and stir fry. Add tomatoes and stir fry For five minutes. Add coriander powder chilli powder, turmeric powder and Salt and mix well.
  4. Add water and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Add koftas. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Brown Rice : Soak 1 cup brown rice in water for 1/2 an hour. In a pan take 2 cups of water and add rice to boil. Onces the water absorbed and rice cooked remove from heat and serve hot.
