- Add the paneer jaggery mixture in the kadhai and sauté well in simmer gas mode till the mixture is sticky. The mixture should be tight enough to form a ball.
- After done, let it cool. Grease your palm with ghee and form your desired shape sandesh either by using sandesh moulds or by forming balls. Keep it aside for some time. Serve.
