  3. Take a portion from dough..First make it round..And then give it a shape of muthiya…Make all muthiya similarly.
  4. Heat a steamer.. Arrange all muthiya..Over a plate and cover it…And cook for 20 -25 min..In steam.
  5. Meanwhile in a pressure cooker add 2 tbsp oil..When heats..Add cumin seeds.When they cracks..Add remaining half garlic masala.Stir.And fry for half a min.On low to medium flame.Then add chopped tomatoes.Saute.And cook till they gets soft…Add cut veggies..(don't add onion and lady fingers.They will get a soft quickly.)
  6. Cook the veggies on low flame till they soft.Add lillte water in the mean time.
  7. Add onion and lady fingers..Along with required water and cook for 1 whistle.
  8. After opening the lid add fresh chopped coriander.
  9. Take cooked muthiya and veggies in a serving plate.Pour ghee on muthiya.
  10. Yummy and tasty Muthiya with Masala veggies ready to serve.Serve hot.Can be served with curd too.
