  3. Cook it covered for another 5 to 10 minutes on low flame. Open and mix it again. Cook for another 5 minutes on low flame. Don't cover.
  4. Just check whether Potatoes cooked or not. If not, you can keep it on low flame for another 2-3 minutes. Mostly it will cook within time. Serve with Bhakhari or Roti.
