  1. Meyhiuthiya: Take a bowl add wheat flour,besan,salt,oil,sugar,red chilli powder,adrakh,chilli,garlic paste,and mix well.
  2. Add chopped methi leaves and chopped palak leaves and mix well.
  3. Add water as required and knead the dough.
  4. Roll out muthias and keep aside.
  5. In a pan heat oil add ajwain,Hong and saute for minute.add surti papdi,Dana,and2- glass water.
  6. Water starts boiling,add muthias one by one and cover it.cook on slow flame for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Muthias and papdidana are properly cooked add salt,green chilli adrakh paste,green garlic and mix well.
  8. Add some water to adjust the consistency of the gravy at this stage.
  9. Surti papdi muthiya is ready.garnishing with coriander, and green garlic.and serve hot.
