  1. Boil water in a pan and hard boil the sweet potato, when done left out and peel this
  2. Now grate the sweet potato in deep mixing bowl
  3. Now add millet and all purpose flour, soda, dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper and cardamom powder, powder sugar,honey,salt (reserve some cinnamon and cardamom powder to sprinkle over the top)
  4. Mix all nicely and knead a soft dough
  5. Sprinkle some maida on kitchen table and divide the dough in two equal half
  6. Now roll the dough long and cut in small pieces, do same with all dough and keep aside
  7. Now take a fork,dust some maida and flat a dough piece over the fork and make mark over it
  8. Do same with all pieces and keep aside
  9. Now heat desi ghee in a pan and fry carefully till both sides done and crisp
  10. Fry all pieces like this when done keep aside
  11. Now mix remaining cinnamon and powder sugar in a bowl - Transfer this in tea strainer and dust over the fry pieces
  12. Now Winter special Sweet Potato - and Millet Ganuchi is ready to serve
