- Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp cummin seeds
- Get 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- Get as needed Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish
Steps to make Greens Muthiyas:
- Chopped all green leafy vegetables. Wash in water and keep aside. In mixing bowl add all flours.
- Add chopped green leafy vegetables, boiled rice, green chillies-ginger paste,salt, sugar, oil, soda bi carb, turmeric powder, asafoetida, sesame seeds.mix all.
- Add curd and bind to thick mixture.
- Roll out muthiyas from prepared mixture. Steam for 30 mins.
- Cool and cut into 1/2" pieces.
- Add & heat oil in kadhai,do tempering of mustard cummin and sesame seeds as they splutter. Add chopped steamed muthiyas pieces,mix and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve/ Relish Hot Greens Muthiyas.
