  1. Take all the flours in a bowl.
  2. Add Grated bottle gourd, chopped fresh green methi, - Churned corn, ginger chilli paste, garlic paste (opt)dhaniya powder,haldi, little red chllii powder hing salt,curd 3 to 4 tsp, oil 4 tsp Approx lemon juice sugar, eating soda 1pinch (opt) mix well and make tight dough as it will retain water in few minutes.
  3. Make rolls and steam like dhokla in a steamer for about 1/ 2 hour check by inserting a knife if clean than done or again cover and steam for few minutes.
  4. When done remove & keep aside let it cool down than cut in round pieces - In a kadhai,add few spoon oil add rai and jeera urad dal,let it crackle add til and curry leaves.Slit green chillies add muthiyas and mix well add more lemon juice sugar if required Cover and cook for few minutes mix soflty in between when crisp and soft turn off flame.
  5. Garnish with grated coconut and chopped coriander Serve hot with chtuney,sauce and tea.
