- In a kadhai, heat oil for deep frying.
- Fry manchurian balls till golden brown and crispy.
- Remove on a kitchen towel. Keep aside.
- Gravy:- - Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and vegetable stock, mix well.
