  1. Take a one big bowl and grate lauki (bottlegourd)
  2. And after grated lauki you add rava and besan (semolina/ gram flour)
  3. And add also spices.you add ginger chilli paste and garlic paste and add haldi (turmeric), salt, sugar, red chilli powder and Hing..
  4. And you can add oil.
  5. And add water not directly it's slowly and mix it well.
  6. And batter looks smooth then transfer into steamer,take one plate and grease it with oil and transfer the batter to it..
  7. And put it on medium flame on gas in steamer.and close the lid..
  8. And after 15 min you can check with knife tasted batter after using knife to check if it is properly steamed or not..
  9. And your muthiya is ready..
  10. And cut the square pieces..
  11. And you can take one pan and add oil and mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  12. And add muthiya. and add sesame seeds.and garnish with coconut powder and coriander leaves and serve with green chutney.
