- Prepare 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- Take 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Garam Masala powder

- Prepare 1 tsp hot oil
- Get as required Oil to fry

Instructions to make Muthiya nu shaak (sabji):
- Soak bengal gram for 4 hours and grind.Mix all ingredients (except oil for frying) of muthiya and make a ball and fry in hot oil. Keep aside 2 tbs of muthiya batter.
- Half fry potatoes and purple yam.
- Heat oil in pan add cumin when splutter add onion saute till change colour now add tomato pulp when oil release add turmeric powder, ginger paste,1 tsp red chilli powder, Garam Masala powder and salt mix well.
- Now add muthiya batter and coriander leaves saute for 2 minutes add 4 cup water let it boil then add half fry potatoes,purple yam and corn cover it cook at low flame for 5-7 minutes.Add baby onion and Bengal gram fritters, cook for 5 minutes. Temper it with red chilli powder. Serve it with puris
