  1. Get 3 cups chopped palak
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves
  3. Take 1/4 cup wheat flour
  4. Take 1/4 cup soya flour

  6. Get 2 tsp green chilli paste
  7. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  8. Make ready 2 tsp whole coriander- -cumin powder (dhaniya,-jeera)
  9. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  11. Take 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  12. Get 1/4 tsp hing
  13. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  14. Get As per taste salt
  15. Take for Tempering:
  16. Prepare 1 tsp oil
  17. Make ready 1/2 tsp rai
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  19. Prepare pinch hing
Instructions to make Palak Methi Muthiya:
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl,mix well to make a soft dough using very little water.
  2. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and shape each portion into cylindrical roll..
  3. Arrange the rolls on the sieve and steam in a steamer for 10 mins or knife inserted into muthia comes out clean.
  4. Remove,cool slightly and cut into 1inch slices.
  5. Keep aside.
  6. For tempering:Heat oil in a non -stick pan/kadhai,add rai.
  7. When they crackle,add hing and sesame seeds.
  8. Saute it on medium flame for few seconds.
  9. Add muthiyas pieces,saute on medium flame for 1-2 mins or till Muthiya turns brown in colour.
  10. Keep aside to cool completely.
  11. Serve with green chutney.
